If you forgot your password you can easily recover it by ticking „forgot password” box and then pressing „password recovery” in login menu. An email containing password recovery link will be automatically sent to you by our system.

Unfortunately, our website isn’t fully functioning with Internet Explorer and older versions of Safari browsers, so we suggest switching to for example: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Opera.

If you choose bank transfer as a form of payment, after ordering a service you will get a proforma invoice sent to your email address. Proper invoice will be sent the same way after the payment.

Bank details are automatically sent to you by our system with a proforma invoice attached after choosing a bank transfer as the form of payment.

Usually, dotpay transactions are deleted due to haste, because instructions are not being followed, so please take your time during making this kind of payment.

When your dotpay transaction gets rejected status, it means there is a problem with processing the payment through your bank, so please try to make a transaction again or contact your bank for more details.

Paid-by date is located on the bottom-right corner of the proforma invoice.

The best way to deal with such a problem is to simply make a new order with corrected data.

Unfortunately, due to the limited number of hotel rooms we can’t make a reservation without collecting a fee first, so in order to assure your hotel reservation you need to make a successful payment.

In order to submit your abstract, you need to login to your account and go to Abstract Submission bookmark.

If your abstract has not been reviewed yet, you are free to delete it in Abstract Submission bookmark and upload a new one, in case your paper already got reviewed you should contact us.

The Congress organizer 19th ICEM 2022, its official appointed agencies for Registrations and the Congress Secretariat and any suppliers, representatives or agents linked to the organization of the Congress shall not be held liable by any person for any injury, damage, theft, loss, medical problem or inconvenience which may be suffered by any person while traveling to or from, or during such person’s presence in connection with this Congress. Participants are advised to purchase their own insurance against any such occurrences
