Conference Information

A name badge will be provided on-site with your conference bag and registration documents. Name badges must be visible and used at all times at the conference venue and during the social events.

Each Participant will be given a Certificate of Attendance at the conference Registration Desk on the last day of  Conference.

The conference documents should be collected on-site at the Registration Desk during the opening hours at the conference venue. 

Coffee/tea with cookies during the official breaks are included in the registration fees and will be served at the Sponsors Area. A lunch will be offered to each registered delegate and delivered  inside the Sponsors Area. 

Participants traveling to Kraków on Kraków Balice Airport will obtain some information and support at the conference Information Desk. It will be located on the arrival hall and will be open on Sunday, 17.07.2022 between 10.00 - 21.00.

English is the official Conference language and all sesions and presentations must be presented in English.

 A lost-and-found service will be available at the Registration Desk.

Participants are kindly requested to keep their mobile phones in the off position in the conference rooms where sessions are being held, as well as during the poster session.

The desk for registratin, information and distribution of documents will be open as follows (subject to change):

Sunday, 17 July 2022, time: 15:00–20:00
Monday-Thursday, 18 - 21 July 2022, time: 8:00–18:00
Location: Auditorium Maximum, level 0, Entrance Hall

Posters are located at the exhibition room on 2nd level. Please contact the Registration Desk for any information and necessary material to hang  your poster on prepared a poster stand. 

Slide Room will be located on the 0 level, near the Registration Desk.  Speakers are kindly requested to provide their presentations to the Slide Room at least 3 hours before their sessions. However we suggest doing it immediately after registration on the Registration Desk in the first day of conference. All conference rooms  contain the technical equipment and technical staff to support.
