All conference delegates and presenting authors must register and pay the conference fee.
Registration is ONLY possible via the online system.

To register for the conference please first REGISTER  and then go to PAYMENT.  

Prior to making an order, please prepare:

  • All invoice details
  • Proforma invoice is sent automatically after your order. Once payment is completed, the invoice is automatically issued and sent by email.

  • book od abstracts, USB stick
  • attendance to all technical sessions
  • welcome drink
  • sightseeing tour of Kraków with visit at the Jagiellonian University Museum (beverages and snacks on the Collegium Maius Courtyard)
  • concert at the Church
  • coffee breaks and lunches
  • visiting + Gala Dinner at the Wieliczka Salt Mine (UNESCO World Heritage Site)

  • welcome drink
  • lunches

REGISTRATION FEE MAY BE REFUNDED AS FOLLOWS:

Cancellation

  • ​​​​​Notification of registration cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Jordan Congress Bureau by email: icem19@jordan.pl
  • Please quote your transaction number (ID). Transaction number (ID) will be allocated during the reservation process.

 

 

Refunds

  • Cancellation till April 2nd, 2021 the payment will be refunded, minus a handling charge of € 50 (incl. 23% VAT).
  • Cancellation after April 2nd, 2021 - no  refund will be made.
  • Transfer of registration to another person is only possible after acceptance by the Organiser and after payment of an administration cost of € 25,00 (incl. 23% VAT).
