Cancellation
- Notification of registration cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Jordan Congress Bureau by email: icem19@jordan.pl
- Please quote your transaction number (ID). Transaction number (ID) will be allocated during the reservation process.
Refunds
- Cancellation till April 2nd, 2022 the payment will be refunded, minus a handling charge of € 50 (incl. 23% VAT).
- Cancellation after April 2nd, 2022 - no refund will be made.
- Transfer of registration to another person is only possible after acceptance by the Organiser and after payment of an administration cost of € 25,00 (incl. 23% VAT).
