Accommodation

The 19th ICEM 2021 Conference Organizers have pre booked a large number of rooms in different hotel categories, mostly located within the walking  distance to the conference venue (Auditorium Maximum).

Please be kindly informed that the possible booking dates in most of offered hotels are 16 - 22.07.2022. If you intend to extend your stay or have any other inquiries or meet some problem with the booking process, please contact the JORDAN Congress Bureau: icem19@jordan.pl

 

To make an individual reservation of a hotel please do the following steps:

1/ Create your account on Register bookmark
2/ Login and book services on New order bookmark
3/ Finalise payment (registration fee, hotels, transfers etc.)
4/ After making the payment you will receive the invoice.

Accommodation rates per room and night include: accommodation, breakfast and VAT tax. All extra expenses such as minibar, telephone, parking etc. must be paid directly at the hotel.

PAYMENT METHODS

  • Bank transfer (bank details are sent by email upon process of booking)

Once payment is completed, the invoice is automatically issued and sent by email. All additional charges and fees associated with the bank transfer or online payment have to be covered by the payee.

Cancellations of hotel reservations are possible according to the terms included in the table.

  1. No show will have the 100% of the reservation as cancellation costs.
  2. In case of cancellation after the free cancellation deadline, the payment will not be refunded.
  3. Any refunds will be made after the congress only if the room is sold by the JORDAN GROUP Congress Bureau.
